For power measurement I used APC Smart-UPS 1500VA. A graph below shows when a server was powered on/off and loaded by Prime95.
Based on information below a server consumes 4% (idle) ... 10% (100% CPU load by Prime95 during 35-40 minutes), or about 42...105W.
